Hello, I am an aspiring real estate investor who is actively looking for opportunities to build skills for success as an investor/landlord/property manager to prepare for when I have enough capital to purchase a property of my own.

I do my own evictions and the reality is Lawyers don’t have infinite knowledge and I refuse to pay 200$ per hour for something I can do myself with the right research and skill set   . 

There's always trade off for quality of location and percentage returns.

What type of team members are you needing, i.e. skill sets, responsibilities, hours, etc.?

Both jobs will require me to have exceptional communication skills and a network of clients.

I have some skills somewhere in my trunk of experience that could possibly be useful and i have a ton to learn!

Maybe trade their legal work on it for a small share in the deal.

If so, no lender will lend you on the house and no title co will insure the transaction.Second would be specific language in the land contract that would be prohibiting such loansThird would be state laws governing land contracts.Fourth would be general contract law, deceptive trade practices, etc.
