Either issue alone could easily collapse a banking system, and if China is unable to fend off the collapse, it would be horrible news for the world economy and cause severe economic hardship for anyone who relies on them for trade and commerce.

If you do it well, and there are no pricey surprises along the way, you could end up with a rehabbed prop cheaper than if you went turnkey - so it's a trade-off, price for effort, price for time, price for consistency. 

There are scammers who use the TM symbol but in reality they aren't trade marked at all.

It seems reasonable to me for someone to start under the wings of an investor and trade time for developing some skills to build on.
