Have since learned the concept of the 1031 deferred exchange and may employ that in the future.Main interests in rei is in the area of flipping, wholesaling, and rentals (did I forget to mention we picked up one of those in the process?).

I understand the concept of wholesaling is a little confusing at times but when done properly it is a fantastic option for small percentage of sellers.

Also If you can justify the added expense I would go with the following concept for basement walls... http://www.superiorwalls.com/pages/products/xi-wall When we finished a similar basement it was an absolute breeze esp with wiring runs etc.

If you have nothing and the concept is completely new it might not be too bad of a deal, but if you have a fair grasp on the concept and a plan of action and you just need a helping hand with a few things it might not be as good a deal.
