that's a wise move.. and the weather is better than areas that are prone to thunderstorms and high humidity ( Houston) and severe cold.plus is a fun place to visit and no income tax if you can take residency..

I have been considering several investments, including student housing in North Florida where one of my kids goes to school.

I did not hear back from their lawyer for several days so I sent another email to confirm receipt of my email with the settlement request.

He has several investment properties in wilmington, NC so its good to hear he's an investor himself.

Excellent schools get people up here and then they love it.PS- I do have a nice 3 bedroom for under $400K available- tenant occupied  :) Another option is to go the cash flow route in the midwest- I have several there as well.I would be happy to discuss.
