My self I'm  Charlotte well Rock Hill SC 20 minutes below. 2-4 units most of what out there is over priced or lower end.

Either way, the difference between B and B+ is more of a matter of perspective, but since you're the local I'll take your word for it.

I want to see if I can polish this rock a bit first.

I am feeling a bit stuck as I am possibly struck with fear and need some friends in the industry to help me hold myself accountable because I know that once I get over this hump I will be rocking it!!.

The best thing is that I don't have to live in a manufactured home that is generally built for affordable housing, the floors wouldn't support my rock fireplace, real rock not that fake stuff, it goes all the way down into a foundation.

If research shows a bunch of alternative sites you may not want to rock the boat as much.These national tenants although they do not tell landlords have alternative sites they have been researching way ahead of the lease coming due to have a backup plan if negotiations with the current owner does not work out.
