It's about 2" of fiberglass board for the rigid ducts and about the same 2" fiberglass but more like a batt insulation sandwiched between the inner and outer plastic of the duct itself.

If a perspective tenant wanted to verify our ownership; they could easily search on the assessor's site or they could call the state and verify our rental license.Side note, in the past I have actually seen several times where perspective tenants check out through Google...so I guess reputations go both ways!

Your name and reputation are big deals in real estate, so acting with integrity and being up front and honest in your dealings is what will carry you much further than this one deal.If it were me, I'd lay my cards on the table and explain to the homeowner how the process works from my perspective and try to get them in my corner so we can both work to get the deal finished.
