The reason being I am looking to expand, but also mainly to reduce the headaches I get from high turnover, constant repairs...etc.Does anyone on this site have experience in Commercial Property in Indy and, if so, I would love to hear your thoughts on owning Commercial Property in Indy, Property Managing it, unforeseen costs, zoning challenges...etc.Any help would greatly appreciated!

I will attempt to decompose them and offer my opinion:Local vs Out of State: Local any day of the week ... you get full control over your investment and all the risk reducing and return boosting benefits of that.

I don't think (hope) no one is advocating for a fee for each petty thing the PM does.Maybe the answer is that this would reduce the people that bring their properties to the PM.

In condos, there is a a 1/2" cork underlayment put underneath the tiles between floors to cut down on noise between floors to reduce noise.

Might be location specific, but around here, if you have a radon system (with inspection proving the ppm count has been reduced under acceptance threshold), then there's no issue.
