I have seen a few parks  empty halfway during the summer time "I am a mailman" That being said there is a market for these homes but the lot rent is going to add up quickly unless you can sell fast and buy at a low cost.

I'm taking a much more "business owner" type approach to investing now than I did before.I am about 90% finished writing my business plan, using The Ultimate Beginner's Guide as a tool to help me get the plan in order.  

The comps can be pulled by a real estate agent pretty easily and quickly.

I really think the house can appraise for 100,000 but at 90,000 the property would be able to sell very quickly. 

After I finish reading the Ultimate Guide to REI from BP I plan on finding mentors to help me further my education even if it means relocating to a different place.
