Thanks, Andrew - yes, we ARE gauging neighbor's interest (I forgot to mention that), but in some cases those neighbors are in some distress themselves and just aren't able to buy more, or aren't interested in adding more to the 10 acres they already own. 

Not really unusual issues this year, however, with temps below 20 degrees in January, it put pressure on all sorts of items - having a well oiled machine in place to handle large maintenance challenges, we simply dug in and handled the issues as they presented themselves. 

You may or may not choose to use one but when the time comes you don’t want the added pressure of having to ask around.

(moved out for a little over a year) I was orginally looking to rent a one bedroom apartment for 500 a month while at school then investing after.Now Im gauging wheather the risk is worth the journey while im at school and holding a job down to find a duplex to four-plex home.

He and I both worked at 3 very large banks between the both of us at one point and what we were horrified to see was that the banks we worked at called many performing loans on balloons because they had pressure to unload debt, and just write them off of the books. 

. #’s always look better but that is not necessarily the best way a gauge an investment. 

I felt his easy going attitude change to more of a high pressure approach and that I needed to buy this deal!

Make the rules and procedures clear, written, and signed.I once told a tenant I would pressure wash their porch right after they moved in.
