Curious if people have any experience adding solar power (or even house geothermal systems) to properties and what you did to justify the expenses.

There is a lot of red tape, and you need to have a GC who can navigate the system.

Regretfully, I have never applied any systems of contact mgmt w crm/coi etc...Also have 50 units I own and manage as well as flips, wholesale etc etc...Does anyone know of a software to implement the sales business AND prop mgmt as I'm going to use mgmt software for my units but it would be nice to have 1 dashboard.Thanks

You have provided a lot of good information and have given me a lot of information and a lot to think on.

I have gone through my numbers on a few duplexes and after listening to the bigger pockets book I realized there is a lot to go into these calculations. 

I am hoping to buy some locally that we can manage and get a system figured out.
