I mainly just want to make sure the new tenants finish the process, ie sign the lease, so neither of us are still in limbo.Once the background check is completed and passes, then I prepare and send the tenant the lease and/or meet with them to sign it.In a nutshell, I don't remove my listings until I have BOTH the full holding deposit and the executed lease.

So I reached out to one who had sold an obviously flipped and great looking recent comp in the neighborhood to ask if they'd be interested in listing it on the back end in exchange for guidance on things like finishes, what feedback they received on their previous listing, etc.

Every commission agreement between a listing agent and seller is negotiable and the negotiated percentage is determined by the Seller and it is shared buy the listing brokerage and the brokerage that brings the buyer.
