As for electricity, again...depends on the tenant...if they leave every light on in the house with 10 TV's and multiple video game systems...it could get crazy real fast.

Kristine Marie PoeI have bought them as a set (vanity, framed mirror, stone top for vanity, faucet and light) from vendors that sell kitchen cabinets.But I think Loews and HD sell them not as a set but they usually match up a vanity with a mirror in the vanity display aisle from what I recall.
