As I read the certified docs from tenant in my owners portal, apparently fixes for some of the same problems lamented, had not been done properly (unbeknownst to me - garbage disposal replacement is an example, tenant apparently stated it was not done correctly, and requested proper repair, which on my side, I was advised of a new repair request, a leak in the Kitchen sink - I am clearly getting robbed here) .. so what should I do in waiting this out???

What would happen with roof repairs, or leaks, or anything else that could happen as a result of only owning half of a building.

We remodeled that unit as well, cleaned up the exterior, fixed the roof, replaced a couple AC units, brought in new appliances, and rented all units out.
