@Jeffrey Giffin has hosted a couple of BP meet ups in the past, I think Grain on Main was one location but if you wanted a more quiet atmosphere for talks / lectures any of the libraries have space though I'm not sure if / what the charge is for them.  

After you have completed the project I would invite the banker to see the finished product this would make your next loan easier to acquire.

Just got hit up by a New Wealth recruiter and was contemplating attending their "by invitation only" meeting coming up next week.

:-)I can't speak for Tom Vu, but f the only way to support my family were to play poker or to become a guru, the truth is, I'd be inviting you all to my upcoming seminar...the fact that he's playing poker is very telling...

HUD typically will only accept 85-87% of the list price until the property has been on the market for 60+ days but I have seen some slight variance in the % accepted under 60 daysKeep in mind that HUD's counter is not really a counter but an invitation to re-bid that will not be opened until the next day with any other bids submitted. 

@Phil Earley maybe on this website, i should create and ability for tenants to create their renter profile where they will provide their previous landlords and invite the previous landlords to write landlord references about them on this website.
