And if you are interviewing different lenders, be certain to do it all within a small period of time, like 2 weeks, as we messed up there as well, researching different lenders over a 2-3 month period looking for more investor-friendly options, not realizing that a month between lenders pulling credit apparently is taken as a different transaction to the credit bureau, not just us researching options for one purchase over a 6-month period.  

This is the first month of the Tenant Free program, while it only lasts for a few months, the landlord is free of having to interview new people, taking any applications or processing them.

If the prospective tenant passes my telephone screening interview and I invite them to view the property, the invitation is open to all who will be occupying the unit.

The tenant had to be taken to the ER, but had to catch a flight to Costa Rica the next day so she didn't get to talk to the seller or to interview with the police. 

My wife got an interview/invitation to visit Wright State in Feb.

I would suggest to interview several to make sure you have a good working relationship and that you bond.
