A simple litmus test  is try to sell your property, that would tell you what you have.

I am working full time but will be taking my test to become an agent starting part time.

You can take your class online but you have to take the test in person, in Missouri.

You are covered under normal  2 years out of 5 years test even if you will hold property until 2019. 

Most of the college is memorizing crap and vomiting it on the tests. 

If this is a road you want to go down, you'll need to become familiar with meth testing, meth levels, and what the laws are regarding renting and selling properties that have various levels of meth contamination.
