Missouri Real Estate License Question

Looking into the possibility of obtaining my RE license in Missouri. I currently have one property in KCMO and looking for more.

Is it possible to complete all the requirements remotely from CA? Will I need to be affiliated with a broker in MO? Lots of questions that I'm sure have been answered here before but can't the answers. Any guidance would be greatly appreciated!

You can take your class online but you have to take the test in person, in Missouri. There are obviously going to be costs associated with getting and keeping your license, as well as continuing education. The best resource that I can think of in the KC Metro area about this would be to call Judy Johns at Keller Williams. Google her for contact info.
