Once that baby has taken a few steps, they are so elated, that he wants to do it over and over again, to the point that you have to be chasing to catch up with him.Is this person so insecure, that although he/she claims to be a 'mentor', is afraid that this guy - who only wants to learn the business; will double-cross him?

I also walk them through the county buildings, introducing them to the clerks and employees they will have to deal with when recording documents, filing evictions, tax appeals, etc.Now for some, mentors that are cross county, may work.

Once you have your storage facility up and running with staff, you can cross train your staff to handle some if not all of these tasks, as @Elizabeth Colegrove suggests.
