But I would say 1/2 of my tenants are college students and/or recent graduates so it's not as thought they have previously purchased appliances that they are bringing from rental to rent.

my nephew was kicked out of his home he lived in with his mother and step dad... he's 19 just graduated high school.. his mother threw his belongings out on the yard..She called police and got a order of protection.. he was never given any papers but was texted by mom she has one on him and he has to go to court.. he lives in Maryland what are his rights if any?
