Could "landlording" become a more regulated/taxed industry?

Just a funny term that means the federal government doesn’t treat the LLC as a separate entity for tax purposes.

This is huge relief for many real estate agents that are often left out of government assistance programs.

We will see what the government rolls out in time.

Of course anyone who lives paycheck to paycheck who loses their job will struggle, however the government is supplementing the unemployment by so much that low income folks won’t end up having a reduction of income once unemployment kicks in.  

I agree with @Jeff Cagle that the real opportunities will be coming in late 2020 and early 2021 after people use up their government deferred leverage and when they do, there will be far more players in the game.

In Toronto though the unaware have been scamming the government for a decade or more with flipping pre-build deposits to the tune of ~100% roi in the 3 years it takes to build them.

We can sit here and wish the government through HUD did more.

In California it seems like it's state recommended but actually being governed county by county
