Meanwhile, this guy is on a pretty nice disability payment, fully functional human being, and has a house FULL of nice stuff to include high-end tools, flat screens, nice furniture, multiple cars and trucks, etc.In the old days, a guy like this would have been rode out on a rail or hanged.

In my market, many homes are staged virtually and do not physically have furniture in the property.On the higher-end/luxury side of things, many homes are stages with furniture and decorations throughout the property.With respect to listing your property on your own, I'd look into discount services that help you gain MLS access.

It was Virtual Assistant after Virtual Assistant...I talked to so many people and answered the same questions over and over and guess how many people called me back from all those calls...which I think was 60-80....about 3.Side Note in Virtual Assistants:Quick Point...if you have a VA then train them.
