I recently found BP and started reading Kiyosaki and others with the goal of reaching $10k/month income and financial freedom for me and my future family. 

Diving into this new adventure is exciting...Hubby n I are doing this for financial security/freedom.

My initial goal for real estate is to create financial freedom.

. ;-)While I'm all about freedom (of choice), diving into something as a new FT job where you so far have no experience whatsoever is something I personally consider a fairly high risk.

So, now we are in a situation to buy and we want to be financially smart and let this be a part of our strategy towards financial freedom. 

A general goal of money, wealth or financial freedom probably isn't be enough of a motivator.  

How can I carve out a niche by truly helping real estate investors achieve financial freedom and help them attain their goals?

Would love to share ideas and find new friends who have the same passion for learning and desire for financial freedom!

If you need an investor focused agent who let me know... but I could strongly caution against buying your own home unless you want to give up all your freedom and be a slave to your mortgage.
