But, hey, if someone can truly show me something that cost as much as QuickBooks and does everything QuickBooks can do, I'll promote it. 

I'm only an expert when it comes to New York and Texas law, and for my clients a one time 1% cost to set up legal entities is necessary since Texas has passed statutes which entice claims that are very lucrative to Plaintiffs and also happen to be exempt from the insurance policies coverage.

@Brian E Betts  nice of you to step in.. the aussie investors got hammered I wrote an e book for aussie investors which outlines what they need to watch out for .. as I was posting on the property investor forum in AU ( AU version of BP) and it was evident to me that US promoters were simply ripping these nice people off.. some of the AU investors though need to be held accountable they went for pie in the sky returns and did not calculate risk.. lots of money lost that's for sure and in more places than just your area.the buy rehab and sell sub prime owner occ is a very big thing in that area of the country and fraught with fraud and crumbled deals.

This was to be already vetted by the TK promoter blah blah...yeah right.
