New program for Peter and Jerry, they are now asking people to buy a real estate coaching program for $1000.00. They want you to go out and find vacant lots for sale. They will buy the lots for cash and either flip the lot or build on it and sell the new house and lot for between $400,000 and $1.5 million dollars. You, for finding the lot get paid $8,700. On the first deal you get a return investment of an additional $2000. With the program you get a bank statement verifying that they have the ability to buy the lot for cash. You can do this from your home, and without any out-of-pocket cost to you. This seems to be to good to true. And very pricey, only to turn around and give you back double the money. What do you think about this new venture?
