It was really designed for home use only and, as such, only has really one level of user (i.e. it is proving tricky to put limits on the thermostat that a local use cannot override).We have a couple of Honeywell redlink capable thermostats in another building.

For the money, there probably isn't any other local place you can go for the depth of support a decent REIA can provide. 9 out of 10 title companies are designed for the typical first time home buyer and might not understand your creative finance package for example...your local REIA can help guide you to someone that does in fact get it.I have managed to buy property found via REIA classifieds, though today it seems such publications just create too much competition.

BTW - since the lifespan of the detector (minus batteries) is 10 years (or less for some manufacturers), you just throw the whole thing away in 10 years by DESIGN.
