NRS 113.040 protects the buyer (you) in case the property is damaged or destroyed during the closing process and you have equitable title.

So there really isnt the possibility of too much damage .

someone was telling me that if you own homes that are being rented under section 8 if your home becomes damaged in any way section 8 takes care of it.

So I am looking at a duplex that got water/mold damage on one side, and minor water damage (Door left open or something like that) on the other side.

If so let current move out and charge through the day before the new person moves in plus damages.
