A short time ago customer service would answer requests in under a day, now I guess due to rapid growth customer service is not as good.Have any other members had similar situations or see warning signs in the crowdfunding space?

A listing broker can fill out a contract generally where they are transactional and do not represent either side, dual agency ( representing both sides but not allowed in all states ), representing one side as a client and then the other side as just a customer performing ministerial acts only.

@Steven Hamilton II I disagree they can charge it to their customers because they have a contractual relationship with them but they can't charge it to a third party.
