For example, if you have $100K cash out and $50K is used for a down payment on property XYZ, then 50% of your interest is claimed against property XYZ.

No claims have happened and they simply stated that the project was taking to long to complete.

So is there a way that you screen existing/inherited tenants that differs from the way you screen new potential tenants or do you ever give priority in taking care of inherited tenants, not from an emotional or friendly standpoint of being fair, but from the business perspective of providing good customer service will ultimately result in more responsible tenants or that are more long term?    

So, the motto is cover yourself first and worry about your client and customer second.

You can hold buyer seminars, facebook ads, go visit your brokerages offices in other countries, hold seminars for those agents about buying in the US and then hold one for their customers.
