Serve notice and move on.If it was someone else that brought the weapon in you need to assess the root cause but the likely hood is you will still need to get new tenants.If they do not leave as requested you will need to evict, you should have sufficient grounds based on the gun issue.

After 2016 results, there was about 18million in assessed value left, but could be exempted properties.Last year PG county emailed current lists, butI think you can find an earlier list on their website.Im not too familier with Charles.
