However if the fridge dies or the toilet is leaking they will call within 5 minutes and expect services to get things fixed immediately lol I honestly don’t know how you people use a pm service from far distances and make it work especially in lower income areas .

After researching a bit into local subdivision ordinances, I've found that the likely reason the city will not allow the separation is due to either minimum lot size and/or minimum frontage distance on a public street.
