Lots of major developments going on over there with the new Honda Plant, airforce museum, and University of Dayton. 

I spent well over 1 mil on a CRM, owned a rock solid direct mail provider and drove a Rolls Royce.  

I wanted to know what are your thoughts on the 70% rule.
