Needless to say, I did not pursue a career in title in AZ.Instead, I became a Domestic Engineer (Homemaker) and raised my family and went to college and earned my Associates in Paralegal studies.

Fortunately my 9-5 job is engineering so I am neither at a low income level nor is my sense of creativity stifled.

I am just getting my career started in the Construction Management field and currently work as a Construction Project Engineer for a Real Estate Developer.

I would agree with @Edward Burns about those may not be the best source of leads, except Probate.

Makes sense if the deals are there but burning your cash may not be the best investment per se.
