I would recommend a systematized approach to your marketing and it should be ongoing so when a seller/buyer thinks about making a move or someone who knows of a friend or colleague who might want to sell or buy, they think of you as the agent to call.I've never done it, but cold calling sounds slow and painful...but if it works, have at it.Best of luck,

The contractor was to brick the two side doors and I was at pains to mention that I do not want to paint the exterior, meaning he needs to ensure that he comes as close as possible to the current brick Color or find a way to blend. 

But they are nervous that could happen at any moment and our intentions have always been to sell the home or keep it and move sister in-law out and rent it out to college students since the home is 3 blocks away from a well-known university.
