Just wanted to know if the phone was worth its weight in gold or if it was worth the wait in line when you return it?

There are some people I work with exclusively that are loyal to me and then there are a ton of cash buyers with which I talk to about every 3 weeks or so.The cash buyers we are very cordial and friendly.They talk to multiple brokers to expose themselves to the most opportunities.If you control the deal you can almost name your price as many buyers will compete for it.They all want the deal.The properties are the gold everyone is searching for.Honestly I don't wast time with intermediaries.I have so many direct buyers that I don't need to.

David - occassionally I need a reminder, too, that my prospect somehow believes that ought to be digging for unknown gold, on his claim, with my fingernails.

I find there's always a gold nuggets of information in each one and I go back to listen to a number of them multiple times.

Set up a landing page to collect data and give them something of value, take a bit of effort to set up but is a gold mine that just needs to be dug.
