What is the most annoying task or activity you have to do in your investing business?

It can seem like a daunting task of all the things to do.

Banks cut checks based on LTV most times, but beyond that you don't get the hard-won wisdom of veteran investors helping you evaluate deals in ways that will interest them in participating.Another key task was outsourcing. 

Given all of these obstacles, I do not understand why people suggest that out of state investing is an easy task at all. 90% of investors fail at investing in their own back yard, so investing a couple states away should not be looked as an easy undertaking. 

I am looking for someone to help us with a variety of tasks.

I had at least 12 different guys showing up to my house to do old tasks at all times of the day and night.

Anything can be a good idea when you compare the cost to certify against potential earnings year over year, but the one thing I have seen trending since last year are low cost notary options on sites like task rabbit or other apps.You will definitely need to be the cheapest option for a while to build your brand is what I have seen.
