Central New Jersey Property Management Assistant
Hi All, my family owns five Section 8 Rental properties in Central New Jersey. I am looking for someone to help us with a variety of tasks. Initially we have an immediate need for help with file management and some very basic bookkeeping.
Once this work is complete, we can move on to a variety of other things. Some examples include: researching ways to minimize costs and revenue, hiring better handymen, dealing with tenant concerns, forming LLC legal structures, etc.
Entry-level candidates are welcome to apply. Below are some requirements:
- Must be willing to visit our home in Monmouth County at least 2-3 times to do some work initially. (We are very covid conscious and maintain social distancing, etc.) After this, the work can be done remotely.
- Must be willing to drive down to our properties in Monmouth County once in a while.
- Must have a genuine interest in real estate. Prior experience is great, but not required.
- Must be able to dedicate at least a few hours per week, perhaps 10 - 12 initially in the first 2-3 weeks
- Must be detail-oriented, highly organized, diligent, tech savvy and proactive
- Must have high integrity as he/she will be handling confidential information
- Must have a positive attitude and be willing to do any task. Sometimes, particularly in the beginning, the work will be a bit mundane
