@Kyara Schroeder a HELOC had an annual percentage yield which is divided monthly based on the principle balance.Typically, the min monthly payment on an active HELOC is just the interest, not the principle.

I am seeking advice on some steps concerning getting funding for my next investment property. 

There are only 18 Active properties in that zip & only 4 of them are in CC.

Of course I’m active duty and I’ve lived in that area three different times.

Does anyone have any other options for me in which to promote my property or ways in which I can seek investors?

I have been peripherally involved in my wife's real estate endeavors for a few years and I am looking to become more active as we acquire more properties.

For example, instead of saying, "I'm investor and have a list of clients that Im trying to help to gain ownership on a house," try something like, "I help home buyers who can't secure traditional financing seek nontraditional methods of financing their purchase."
