I'm willing to wager that the series LLC is not going to gain traction nationally because of this.

I've been with a couple of national brokerages and a local brokerage. 

(Google national conservation easement database)There are several Ag-lending banks out there, eager to loan for agricultural properties.

I saw an article in the national post from a few years ago ripping wholesalers up as it was becoming a problem in vancouver. 

RE isn't much in grad school, starting out from a national mortgage source selling mortgages may not have given you much in the RE arena.

@Max MaloneySan Francisco has the worst price-to-rent ratio nationally...yes, dead last.  

Personally, I would go with a national brand known for mold remediation (ServPro, etc.). 

I remember years ago mine wanted us to take French Cooking classes & I absolutely balked.But the class was full of attractive women, a couple of interesting 'males' & a lot of good wine, so we had a blast.

I personally think national city has some value added properties that my other investors have done well with.
