I also just bought a condo in Charlotte, NC to live in as I was putting money into apartments and felt like I was wasting away money that could be going into a property.

I've been considering Austin, TX and Dallas,TX ,Chandler AZ,Phoenix AZ,Charlotte NC, SF CA and others in CA but the prices are insanely high it will start impacting my quality of life.
