I financed with a FHA 3.5% down but also having my AK realty license meant I was able to put my 2.5% commission towards the down payment and only do a 1% down payment instead.

I have since changed property management companies from Alive Property Management to Blue Star Realty.

I am really interested in the investment (both residential and commercial) side of RE.So, I applied to work with New Western Realty but was told they want me to graduate college first (I am a senior at UNT and am graduating this time next year). 

I am also a licensed real estate broker with Nottingham Realty Group and I have had a lot of success helping investors (both local and out-of-state) buy investment properties, repair them, and either lease them to quality tenants (BRRRR) or sell them as a flip (BRSR).
