Here are some updates on the renovation:I renoved most of the kitchen cabinets, a lot of the carpet in the rooms, Removed the old wall boards in bedroom #2 scraped a lot of the old ceiling in the dining room, and generally made a lot of mess :) Here are some pics starting with my one of a kind Audi truck seen here carrying 6 doors and 40 cases of LVP flooring :)

We rent each bedroom out and the tenants have a shared living room and kitchen area.

All New Wiring, Plumbing, appliances, Countertops, Kitchen Cabinets, Bathroom Ceramic Tile.

Without knowing how much you are looking to spend or what plumbing/electrical you want to move, I would say absorb the “eat in kitchen” to be part of the kitchen.

Majority need light renovations but more recently I’ve had some kitchens and bathroom we needed done.

Refinishing hardwood floors, semi-custom cabinets, LVP in kitchen and bathrooms, mid-range finishes & appliances.

This house needed major updating in the kitchen and bath, some plumbing repairs, new appliances, and new paint and carpet.

The sink leaks in the kitchen and they don't call.  

What about the kitchen pantry?

That's not worth it right there....But another reason that most don't consider is this: when you go to sell the house, if the buyer or their agent sees a new looking area (bedroom/bathrooms/kitchen/etc, they may/should call the local municipality and ask for a permit history.
