Here are some updates on the renovation:I renoved most of the kitchen cabinets, a lot of the carpet in the rooms, Removed the old wall boards in bedroom #2 scraped a lot of the old ceiling in the dining room, and generally made a lot of mess :) Here are some pics starting with my one of a kind Audi truck seen here carrying 6 doors and 40 cases of LVP flooring :)

Without knowing how much you are looking to spend or what plumbing/electrical you want to move, I would say absorb the “eat in kitchen” to be part of the kitchen.

That's not worth it right there....But another reason that most don't consider is this: when you go to sell the house, if the buyer or their agent sees a new looking area (bedroom/bathrooms/kitchen/etc, they may/should call the local municipality and ask for a permit history.
