It will cost me 30-45 days and tens of thousands in fees and additional cost but I am a stickler for doing what was agreed to and in the end I lost my comfort and trust in their integrity.

Also, I've recently had the good opportunity to meet and talk to @Monty Alston and although we weren't able to do business this time, I don't believe you'll find a more honest, high integrity person in this business than Monty.All that to say, you have resources and colleagues on BP to fall back on.  

I think it's a powerful resource to get my name out there but I don't want to ruin the integrity of the platform.

Be a decent human being, return phone calls, act with integrity and you'll be ahead of the curve.  

My work experience has been anything from IT/Help Desk support for small businesses and at the Pentagon to Systems Integration Engineer as a contractor for the Air Force.

It's interesting how he deals with the lowest end of society but manages to withhold his integrity and credibility as a landlord.

One might argue that a resident screening service that integrates seamlessly with a property management's software would be the most efficient.

There are some landlords/PM's that always take a few bucks for themselves but that lacks integrity. 

Real estate is a people business and having an established reputation for being a person of integrity, having the ability to closing deals, and solve problems keeps business looking for you versus you looking for business.
