Just got off with an investor who was about to wire us money from Yieldstreet but his account with them is now frozen until further notice.Apparently they use a third party to escrow all funds and that company has just filed for bankruptcy.This is really unfortunate for those investors who are exposed. 

But nope I just put the tips on my site LOL. .It really is amazing what is 2nd nature to me/us that others do not know.

I went on the MLS and I saw a lot more houses than what he placed in his list.

I've seen his work and I'm pretty sure I can trust him.

Likewise he's even taken time out of his day to see one project while it was in progress and met me to walk through a second property I was in the process of acquiring.

Worked for a maintenance crew for a big developer in college that managed his properties in house.

I ended up renting a guy and his girlfriend a $10,000 house for $200/week.
