The one I'm under contract on is a SFR in my hometown of Fort Wayne, IN, where my dad still lives. 10-12% CoC with very little money spent in the immediate "repairs" budget is exactly what I look for. 

We found out that since property is in A5 zone in Fort Worth, TX , we can't convert it to assisted living but it can be used as community home.

How would I be able to find all the owner information on say every 2 to 4 unit in Fort Lauderdale as an example?

My goal is to use the BRRRR method with multi family properties here in the Dallas - Fort Worth market. 

@Josh BakhshiYou may want to look at Spanish Fort, AL and Daphne AL if you are looking for Buy and Hold.  

dont put all your eggs in one basket. jacksonville is a great place to invest right now.. there are lots more open but also san antonio is just as great if not more so. houton and fort worth to follow.. so what are you looking in jacksonville only for?

In addition, Tyler Perry just purchased land at the old Fort (can't remember name) and that will soon be developed along with green space within that.
