Hello everyone, I am looking to start my own rental business and am trying to create my business name right now.

If I had an investor who would be willing to invest into my marketing budget to explode my business, how would I create a partnership out of that?

This post does not create an attorney-client nor a cpa-client relationship.

Next thing is to create a goal.. maybe 5 or 10 years out.

Central banks whether the Fed, the ECB, the BOJ, the PBOC, etc have collectively pooled together their great wisdom and economics savvy and financially engineered a recovery by reflating old bubbles and creating new ones.  

In your experience, when large companies layoff a large number of employees, does this create a window of opportunity for investors to "buy low" for real estate in the immediate area? 

The goal is to create a lease option wholesale deal that will require a $10,000 non-refundable deposit from a tenant buyer that will go towards the purchase price, which will be $110,000.

I have been nervous about meeting the required time frames if a loan under writer wasn't able to recognize the urgency or possibly create contingencies which change the deal.Thank you!

@Paul R Schiller another way you may consider structuring this type of deal is to create an LLC and then divide up the ownership and define the rolls in the operating agreement with you as the managing member.  

Old listing will need to be deactivated and you'll need to create a new listing.
