Because we will have to not have access to the house for a full 24 hour period (this includes our way to cook, sleep, and have shelter for us and animals) per the ability afforded on the lease, we will be deducting $50 in full for the travel costs to stay with a family member.

The finishes are awesome, the kitchen looks fantastic for the square footage, very cook and family friendly....I just love the new kitchens look with only shelves on top and cabinets only on the bottom, it's just such a cleaner, very cool look, definitely the way I'll be going in my new kitchen.

When you have other "hands-in-the-pot-(so-called "Perks") handled by other entities, then the tenant has an excuse to tell the landlord the reason their rent is late or has not been received is due to the party handling collecting their rent payments.

I now live and invest in Charlotte, NC and when i did texture on my first rehab in charlotte i had prospects walking in asking me "what that crap is on the wall" .... needless to say most of the houses in the price point i was dealing in in Charlotte had smooth walls..I still prefer the look of texture but do smooth walls for all my properties... a chef cooks what is ordered not what he likes to eat :)
