I messed up and hit the wrong button before I finished. 

During the inspection, they found an underground oil tank with contaminated soil on the premises.

I hit the wrong button again.

I think I can’t go wrong holding onto it, just entertaining the thought of letting that equity do more for me from a sale.

We had good jobs, zero debt (including our home/land/1 rental property), and I had just completed my undergrad degree program with no specific plan for how to apply it; there is certainly nothing wrong with any of those things but needless to say, we simply wanted more.  

Today was my county foreclosure auction and tax lien sale... and I went for the first couple of hours, just to observe.I thought I had done some solid research (I was wrong). 

I see nothing wrong with it, assuming you are upfront and honest.

I bought it a few months ago and I have been anxious about what to do if something goes wrong.

I've got a lot of other contacts for GC's, Architects, subs, permit expediters, Geo/ Soils, Zoning attorney's, ADA ramp plan engineers, structural engineers, you name it related to new construction in Philadelphia.
