So we started with my sons credit as he had a couple older blemishes on his record and were sent to Kayden Credit Repair( as an extra fee) but that was terrible working with them as we had a lady that would not do anything in a timely manner and after six weeks of nothing, I started complaining to Fund N Grow and demanded my money back or work to be done.

@Oriana CampbellIt is really hard that you are going to find meaningful feedback in a response like this because there are more variables than just the location itself.Real estate taxes are based on the value and size of the property.Someone who has a SFH property with 1000 sqft will pay less in property taxes than someone with 4 units over 4000 sq ft.Utilities will vary wildly depending on how big the house is and how many people live in the property.I.E. 4 people use more water/electricity than 1 person would use.

@Rudky Martin - fellow Bay Area investor- you'll get some pretty wildly varying cost estimates from contractors on even smaller jobs, let alone what sounds like a pretty big gut.
