Looking for a new CPA, in St. Louis or even Wildwood, maybe?

I have a CPA I've been using in Texas for a number of years. He's always done magic tricks with the IRS for me and lately I've noticed some red flags. One of them was he didn't put one of my rental property taxes in last year's (2018) tax return. I didn't catch it when I signed the return as I trusted him, and well heck, I pay him to do a job. Not a deal breaker in itself. But this year I've bought 2 houses and closing on a 4 plex this week. In these dealings, the lenders have been hounding me about 37 shares of an LLP that I bought years ago, and sold in 2015. My CPA has been overlooking this somehow and the lenders need some form of declaration from him about them. The first 2 times he provided what was needed, but this last time I, and the bank, have been struggling to get the info from him.

I spoke with my latest lender today and she told me that a lady from the bank finally managed to get a hold of him, but he was so rude to her that she reported him to her superiors at the bank. Not that that will go anywhere, but I really am not very happy to hear about this. I have noticed his people skills were never the best, but never hired him for his personality.I originally went to him as he had a reputation of understanding the needs of international pilots, and as a commercial pilot flying in Africa, he fit the bill very well. I'm still a commercial pilot for my W2, only air medical now, so I need someone who understands that, along with real estate.

Are you out there? Bueller?
