We are using their MD sound proof panels in between two layers of drywall ceiling to help reduce noise between an upstairs and downstairs unit.Typical insulation really doesn't reduce any noise.

That way I can avoid the ZOOM OUT - SELECT - ZOOM IN steps and also less pop ups, right now as I move the cursor from one spot to another it is difficult to avoid accidentally passing over multiple layers of pop up menus which obscures the targeted and makes you move away to come at the menu from a different spot.

Now, I don't know if he did/will actually win the lawsuit (I hope not), but the fact that stuff like this gets litigated at all in our society tells me that having a layer or two of liability protection is a good thing.In fact, we've all heard stories of people walking in front of houses during a snowstorm, slipping and falling and suing the homeowner.
